Digital edition

You receive your personalized book as a PDF by private download link within 2 days of your payment, provided we have complete details and an approved character.

Printed book edition

First you receive the full book as a PDF, within 2 days of payment.
We then wait for your approval of that PDF. Nothing goes to print until you say so.
After your approval the book is printed and posted with tracking. In North Macedonia it usually arrives within 3 to 5 working days; in the EU, the United Kingdom, the USA and Australia usually within 1 to 2 weeks. Other destinations can take longer.
Tracking information is emailed to you when the book ships.

Where we deliver

We deliver printed books to any address in the world. Orders for North Macedonia are printed and posted in North Macedonia. All other orders are printed by our print partner as close to you as possible, in the EU, the United Kingdom, the USA or Australia, and posted from there. Delivery is free, wherever you are. The PDF edition is sent by private link.

Customs and import charges

Books for the EU, the United Kingdom, the USA and Australia are printed inside that market, so normally there is no customs or import charge. For other countries (for example Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Canada or Japan) the parcel crosses a border, and your country may charge import VAT or a customs fee when it arrives. That is paid by you, to your customs or carrier, not to us. We have no way to collect it or predict it exactly.

If that is a problem, the PDF edition has no customs at all.

Lost or damaged in the post

If the tracking stops or the book arrives damaged, write to us. We reprint and resend it free, or refund you — see Refunds and corrections.
